When you think about the cuisine to be served for your meeting or event, what do you imagine? Is it waiters offering impeccable service to guests seated at tables or is it a casual affair where the delegates have an opportunity to network and talk?

Breaks and Snacks

A large selection is available for short breaks and snacks including a Deluxe Gourmet selection for that extra impact. Fresh espresso coffee is included in our Breaks and Snacks as a minimum standard. 

Working Lunches

Several lunch options are available including an Express Lunch, Lunch in a Box and a selection of Buffet and Plated meals to suit your clientele, time and budget requirements.  

Plated

Guests are individually served fully prepared dishes, restaurant style. Options range from a set menu where all guests receive the same dish, alternate drop where two different dishes are served alternatively to the table, or a choice menu where each guest places an order from a selected limited menu. Each course can be treated differently, the choice is yours.

Buffet

Guests choose their meals from a buffet, allowing them to decide on the portions and select dishes they prefer. A large range of buffet options are available to suit your needs.

Cocktail Party

Waiters circulate the room, offering guests a variety of light canapés showcasing local produce. This style gives the delegates/guests a great opportunity to spend time together, network and relax after the event.
